As a Team Lead under Attraction Operations at Universal Studios Singapore, at Transformers The Ride, I am responsible for training, managing the manpower and liasing with different departments on a daily basis.

 

On average, I manage a team of about 23 team members under my care daily when I am on duty, hence I require the skills knowing how to delegate tasks to everyone to get things done throughout the day.

Skills like multitasking, communication, project and time management are what I have learnt from this job.
